Jayantha has had working experience in the Processed Food Manufacturing and Retail Store Management, in his 19 years career. He had exposure at Production Costing, Exports/Imports Operations, Retail Store Management and Training & Development, in local and foreign business conglomerates.
He holds an MBA awarded by the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing, U.K. With is involvement is the training & Development and Coaching, he acquired a Diploma in Training and Development from the University of Leicester U.K.

He is a Chartered Marketer and Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing U.K and alumni member of University of Southern Queensland and the University of Leicester UK. He had been an active member of National Competency Standardization committee in Retail business project funded by the project Vocational Training Authority.
