Jagath Pieris
Jagath has had working experience in the Telecommunication Services sector for the almost 14 years out of 20 year exposure working in the private sector. He has had exposure at Billing & Collection, Customer Care & Human Resources departments and held managerial positions at every department he worked.
His natural ability to motivate and inspiring has won many a hearts wherever he delivered training sessions. Jagath has designed and delivered over 300 programs on Customer Service, Motivational, Team Building and Leadership Development among private and public sector institutions in Sri Lanka and abroad. He carries a wealth of knowledge on various other subject areas and he possesses an exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Jayantha has had working experience in the Processed Food Manufacturing and Retail Store Management, in his 19 years career. He had exposure at Production Costing, Exports/Imports Operations, Retail Store Management and Training & Development, in local and foreign business conglomerates.
Mahen is a very senior scientist who has been exposed to many research fields during his 40 years of working carrier, attached to reputed Research Institutes, Universities and Companies of Sri Lanka and Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia and United Kingdom. Academically he has a BSc degree in Bio Science (1981 Peradeniya), Honours pass in Laboratory Technician’s Training certificate(1975) conducted by Institute of Chemistry Sri Lanka, a MPhil degree in Food Science (1998 Greenwich UK) and First class pass in Industrial safety(2009) and Internal quality Auditing (2008) diploma courses from Indian Institute of Management and Technology.
Shamal has well over 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Sales Management, Marketing Management and Product Management in various multi National Companies. He speaks over 5 years’ of experience in training corporate Customers, Government and other private institutions. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business (PCBS) from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. Further he has an Executive Diploma in Business Administration (EDBA), University of Colombo, conducted by the Faculty of Management and Finance with a Merit pass.
Col Naval Kohli is the Managing Director and co-founder of Empower Activity Camps. Endowed with a rich Experience, Col Naval Kohli has served the Indian Army for 24 years. He is a post graduate in Computer software & Technology and Senior Level Defence Management.
Being a soldier is tough but training one is much tougher’. Brig Sushil Bhasin, with over 34 years in the Indian Army, has had a rare privilege of not just serving the country but training thousands of youngsters to be apt enough to be a part of the Forces.
Trained at IPM (The Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka) in 2004, Nadinka trained many a customer care agent in two reputed Telecommunications Companies in Sri Lanka. She has more than 10 years of working with customers, taking care of their needs and providing excellent service. Her talents in dealing with customers were proven when she was the 1st to achieve "platinum" status in the customer handling rewards scheme.
